Sales Administrator

Location: Aylesford, Maidstone
Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Position date available: As soon as possible
Reporting to: Customer Services Manager

Initial salary & benefits:

  • £16k - 18k pa
  • Company pension scheme
  • 5% annual salary bonus

Job Description:

The role is a very diverse and reactionary to needs as they arise. Therefore this list is not exhaustive and merely a guideline to some of the more regular tasks.

  • To deal with existing and lapsed client enquiries
  • Log new sales enquiries
  • Producing quotes as required by the sales team
  • Understand and enter sales orders onto our computer system, ensuring they are inputted promptly and accurately
  • Update the company database regularly, ensuring all information is accurate and relevant
  • Manage ongoing order schedules
  • Schedule appointments
  • Collating of completed orders ready for invoicing
  • Composing letters and emails as requested by team
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support



  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures would be an advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills
  • Methodical and logical thinking, able to carry out day to day tasks with little supervision
  • Deadline conscious
  • Confident and outgoing with a good telephone manner
  • Reliable and able to work on own initiative
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Use initiative to identify problems and provide solutions.



Fire & Security Project Engineer

  • Must be located in Kent
  • Competitive Salary
  • Full-time position


Knowledge & Experience:

  • Industry experience within the Fire and Security Industry
  • Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Engineer
  • Experience with all or most of Galaxy, Texecom, Paxton, Advanced, Morely, Kentec, ACT
  • Working Knowledge of Fire Systems, CCTV and Access Control
  • Understanding of Maintenance Service Levels
  • Full UK Driving Licence


Role will consist of:

  • Project management of small, medium and large projects
  • Customer Account Management
  • Technical Sales Support
