The customer wanted to upgrade from quite an old telephone system and embrace a full IP based system which would allow them to work smarter and more efficiently.

By looking at the nature of their business and their requirements Icom was able to provide them with a Mitel MiVoice system with call recording, call reporting, collaboration conferencing, bluetooth system phones with a desk top phone manager linked to customers CRM

The changeover was smooth for both parties.

Icom was required to visit the site at different times to complete the installation around the builders but this worked well and there were no issues.

This installation and upgrade has allowed the customer to work smarter with regards to training their staff by using the call recording and they are enjoying increased efficiency and productivity.
