The client and their brief – Upgrading their telephony system

Hospital Lane is a world-class dental practice. Taking dental care to a five-star level, they are one of the UK leaders in the private sector. Having recently moved to a new, purpose-built site near the M2, the clinic has the space required to continue elevating dental care standards. Following the move, they asked Icom to provide them with a five-star telephony system.

The Icom Approach

After studying their very precise requirements, we provided them with the Nortel Business Communications Manager 50. This flexible system can grow to more than three times the size of its original configuration and benefits from essential voicemail functions.

Icom provided Hospital Lane with a full end-to-end service, including installation and training. After installing their new communications systems, our engineers trained the dental practise’s staff on their new equipment.

The Results
